Egg yolk   4
Caster sugar    25g|3Tbsp
Salt   1/4tsp
Vegetable oil   30ml
Plain yogurt   60g | 1/4cup
Espresso   30ml
Cake flour   100g|2/3cup
Egg whites    4
Lemon juice   1tsp
Caster sugar    75g|1/3cup

Tube pan   20cm

Bake at 170°C|340°F  for 40-45 minutes
