Condensed Milk Bread Roll|Apron

Bread flour   70g|1/2cup
Instant yeast   0.4g|1/8tsp
Water   70ml   
(Proof the dough at refrigerator for 18 hours)

Bread flour   180g|1,1/4cup
Condensed milk   40g|2Tbsp
Sea salt   1.5g|1/4tsp
Fresh milk   80ml+-
Instant yeast   2.5g|1/2tsp+1/4tsp
Unsalted butter   20g|1.5Tbsp

Bake at 180°C / 350°F  for 15-17 minutes
