Bread flour   315g|2,1/4cup
Sugar    30g|1/8cup
Salt   2.5g|1/2tsp
Ripe banana   120g|1-2pcs 
Fresh milk   140ml+-
Instant yeast   3g|1tsp
Unsalted butter   30g|1/8cup
Pumpkin seed as needed

Mold    20x7cm

Bake at 180°C|350°F  for 17-20 minutes
