Sugar 30g|1/8cup
Sea Salt 1.5g|1/4tsp
Instant yeast 3g|1tsp
Fresh milk 130ml+-
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Whole egg 1 (55g+- an egg)
Melted butter 30g|1/8cup
Drieded blueberry 80g / 1/2cup
Topping
Cream cheese 15g|1/8cup
Drieded blueberry as needed
Crumble
Plain flour 45g|1/3cup
Sugar 15g|2Tbsp
Butter 30g|1/8cup
Pan Size 29x7x10cm
Bake at 180°C|350°F for 30-35 minutes
