DOUGH
Fresh milk 125ml+-
Honey 60g｜3Tbsp
Instant yeast 3g｜1tsp
Bread flour 350g｜2.5cup
Sea Salt 2.5g｜1/2tsp
Whole egg 1 (55g+- an egg)
Unsalted butter 30g｜2Tbsp
GLAZE
Softened butter 30g｜2Tbsp
Honey 40g｜2Tbsp
Pan size 30x7x11cm
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 17-20 minutes
