Egg yolk   2
Sugar    30g / 4Tbsp
Vanilla extract   1tsp
A pinch of salt
Whipping cream   100ml
Fresh milk   100ml
Sugar    2tsp

Ramekin 8cm   2-3

Bake at 150°C / 300°F in water bath for 30-35 minutes
