Lukewarm milk   170ml / 3/4cup
Lemon juice   2tsp
Unsalted butter   100g / 8Tbsp
Cream cheese   100g / 3/4cup
Sugar   150g / 2/3cup
Whole egg   2(55g+- per egg)
Vanilla bean paste   1tsp 
Cake flour   200g / 1.5cup 
Baking powder   1.5tsp
Baking soda   1/4tsp
Sea salt   1/4tsp
Raspberry   120g / 1cup

Pan size    20x7x13cm 

Bake at 190°C / 370F  for 50-60 minutes
