Egg whites    70g / 2
Sea salt   1.5g / 1/8tsp
Cream of tartar   1g / 1/4tsp
Sugar   150g / 2/3cup
Vanilla extract   1/2tsp
Food colouring
Pretzel sticks
Dragees sugar

Bake at 90°C / 190°F  for 80-90 minutes
