Garlic Bread|Apron

Bread flour   70g / 1/2cup
Instant yeast   0.4g / 1/8tsp
Water   70ml   
(Proof the dough at refrigerator for 18 hours)

until the dough doubled in size
Bread flour   180g / 1,1/4cup
Sugar   20g / 3Tbsp
Sea salt   2.5g / 1/2tsp
Fresh milk   80ml+-
Instant yeast   2.5g / 1/2tsp+1/4tsp
Unsalted butter   20g / 1.5Tbsp
Sesame as needed

Pan size    18x6x6cm

Bake at 180°C / 350°F  for 20-25 minutes

Salted butter   40g / 3Tbsp
Garlic   3-4cloves
Parsley   1tsp

Bake for another 3-5 minutes at 180°C / 350°F
