Almond meal 100g / 1cup
Cake flour 60g / 5Tbsp
Baking powder 1.5g / 1/2tsp
Sea salt 2.5g / 1/2tsp
Caster sugar 60g / 1/4cup
Whole egg 2(55g+- per egg)
Vanilla extract 1/2tsp
Melted butter 100g / 1/2cup
Fresh fig 2
Pan size 24 x 10 x 2.5cm
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 40-45 minutes
