Caster sugar 细砂糖 80g / 1/3cup
Whipping cream 鮮奶油 200ml
Vanilla extract 香草精 1/2tsp
Cake flour 低筋面粉 120g / 10Tbsp
Baking powder 泡打粉 3g / 1tsp
Almond meal 杏仁粉 40g / 1/3cup
Pan size 长模 23x5x8cm
Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 30-35 minutes
