Souffle Cheesecake 舒芙蕾起司蛋糕 |Apron

Cream cheese 奶油乳酪   120g / 1/2cup

Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油   20g / 1.5Tbsp

Egg yolk 蛋黄   3

Heavy cream 鮮奶油   50ml / 1/4cup

Cake flour 低筋面粉   35g / 1/4cup

Egg whites 蛋白    3

Caster sugar 细砂糖    60g / 1/4cup

Lemon juice 柠檬汁   1/2tsp

Pan Size 圆模   15cm

Step 1 bake at 120°C / 250°F in water bath for 60 minutes

第1步驟先以摄氏120 / 华氏250 水浴烤法 60分钟

Step 2 temperature transferred to 150°C / 300°F bake in water bath for 10-15 minutes

第2步驟把溫度轉至摄氏150 / 华氏300 水浴烤法 10-15分钟
