Vegetable oil 植物油 30g / 1/8cup
Fresh milk 鮮奶 40ml
Vanilla extract 香草精 1/2tsp
Cake flour 低筋面粉 50g / 1/3cup
Egg whites 蛋白 3
Caster sugar 细砂糖 50g / 1/4cup
Cream of tartar 塔塔粉 1/8tsp
Square mold 方模 15 x 15 x 7cm
Bake at 140°C / 280°F in steam bake for 50-60minutes
