Water 清水   120ml

Caster sugar 细砂糖    30g / 1/8cup

Sea salt 海鹽   5g / 1tsp

Powdered milk 奶粉   7g / 1Tbsp

Fresh milk 鮮奶   120ml+-

Instant yeast 即溶酵母   3g / 1tsp

All the Tangzhong dough 所有湯種面团

Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油   30g / 1/8cup

Sausage 香腸   6

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 17-20minutes

摄氏180 / 华氏356  烘烤 17-20分钟
