Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油   60g / 1/4cup

Caster sugar 细砂糖    50g / 1/4cup

Whole egg 全蛋   1(55g+- per egg)

Mango puree 芒果泥   100g / 1/3cup

Cake flour 低筋面粉   100g / 2/3cup

Baking powder 泡打粉   1.5g / 1/2tsp

Baking soda 苏打粉   1.5g / 1/2tsp

Mango diced 芒果丁   100g / 1/2cup

Pistachio as needed 开心果適量

Pan size 长模   18x9x6cm

Bake at 170°C / 340°F  for 45-50 minutes
