高筋面粉 bread flour   250g / 1,3/4cup

细砂糖 caster sugar   15g / 2Tbsp

鹽 salt   5g / 1tsp

番茄糊 tomato puree   120ml+-

全蛋 whole egg   1 (55g+- per egg)

即溶酵母 instant yeast   5g / 1/2 Tbsp

牛至葉 oregano leaves   1Tbsp

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   30g / 1/8cup

莫札瑞拉起司 mozzarella cheese   50g

罗勒叶 basil leaves

方模 Pan size   20cm x 20cm

摄氏170 / 华氏340  烘烤 15-17分钟

Bake at 170°C / 340°F  for 15-17minutes
