细砂糖 caster sugar   30g / 1/8cup

海鹽 sea salt   2.5g / 1/2tsp

全蛋 whole egg   1 (50g+- per egg)

香橙汁 orange juice   110ml+-

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   30g / 1/8cup

香橙皮 orange rind   1/8cup


圆模 Pan Size   16cm x 2

摄氏180 / 华氏356  烘烤 15-17分钟

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 15-17minutes
