细砂糖 caster sugar   70g / 1/3cup

低筋面粉 cake flour   70g / 1/2cup

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   30g / 1/8cup

鮮奶 fresh milk   30ml

香草精 vanilla extract   1/2tsp

6杯瑪芬模 6 cup muffin pan

摄氏170 / 华氏340  烘烤 20-25分钟

Bake at 170°C / 340°F  for 20-25 minutes
