全蛋 whole egg   2 (55g+- per egg)

黄砂糖 brown sugar   80g / 1/3cup

植物油 vegetable oil   90ml / 3/4cup

香草籽膏 vanilla bean paste   1/2tsp

低筋面粉 cake flour   125g / 3/4,1/8cup

泡打粉 baking powder   6g / 2tsp

苏打粉 baking soda   1.5g / 1/2tsp

肉桂粉 cinnamon powder   2g / 1/2tsp

海鹽 sea salt   1.5g / 1/4tsp

胡蘿蔔絲 carrot shredded   180g / 1cup

核桃 walnuts   40g / 1/3cup

Cream Cheese Frosting 奶油乳酪糖霜

奶油乳酪 cream cheese   120g / 1cup

糖霜 powdered sugar   30g / 1/3cup

鮮奶油 heavy cream   70ml / 1/3cup

柠檬汁 lemon juice   1/2tsp

开心果 pistachio

圆模 Pan Size   16cm

摄氏180 / 华氏356  烘烤 25-30分钟

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 25-30minutes
