细砂糖 sugar   2.5g / 1tsp

盐 salt   2.5g / 1/2tsp

即溶酵母 instant yeast   2.5g / 3/4tsp

清水 water   230ml+-

橄榄油 olive oil   20ml+-

摄氏230 / 华氏440  烘烤 15-17分钟

bake at 230°C / 440°F  for 15-17 minutes
