脆皮 CRUST

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   40g / 3Tbsp

细砂糖 caster sugar   30g / 4Tbsp

全蛋 whole egg   1(50g+- per egg)

中筋面粉 plain flour   100g / 3/4CUP

泡打粉 baking powder   1/8tsp

香草籽膏 vanilla bean paste   1/2tsp



麵糰 DOUGH

高筋面粉 bread flour   140g / 1cup

细砂糖 caster sugar   25g / 3Tbsp

鹽 salt   1/4tsp

即溶酵母 instant yeast   2.5g / 3/4tsp

鮮奶 fresh milk   80ml+-

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   15g / 1Tbsp



摄氏180 / 华氏350  烤 15-17分钟

Bake at 180°C / 350°F  for 15-17 minutes
