水 water 30ml / 2Tbsp
低筋面粉 cake flour 100g/ 3/4cup
蛋白 egg whites 4
细砂糖 sugar 75g/ 3/4cup
塔塔粉 cream of tartar 1/8tsp
Tubepan size is 20cm(8")中空模
Bake at 170c for 40-45minutes
