Salt 1/4tsp
Vegetable oil 30ml
Plain yogurt 60g | 1/4cup
Espresso 30ml
Cake flour 100g｜2/3cup
Egg whites 4
Lemon juice 1tsp
Caster sugar 75g｜1/3cup
Tube pan 20cm
Bake at 170°C｜340°F for 40-45 minutes
