Sugar 90g｜3/8cup
Whole egg 3｜165-170g
Cake flour 70g｜1/2cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Almond meal 150g｜1.5cup
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Almond flake as needed
Pan size 18cm
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 35-40 minutes
