Recipe for 15 cookies
Unsalted butter 115g｜1/2cup
Brown sugar 100g｜1/2cup
Sugar 50g｜1/4cup
Whole egg 1 (55g+- an egg)
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Cake flour 190g｜1,1/3cup
Baking soda 1tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Chocolate Chip 150g｜1cup
Bake at 170°C｜340°F for 15-17 minutes
