Whipping cream 30g｜1/8cup
Egg yolk 2
Sugar 15g｜2Tbsp
Cake flour 35g｜1/4cup
Cocoa powder 15g｜1/8cup
Rum 2tsp
Egg whites 2
Lemon juice 1/2tsp
Sugar 30g｜4Tbsp
Pear 3
Mold 20x6x8cm
Bake at 180°C｜350°F for 30-35 minutes
