Lukewarm milk   190ml+-
Instant yeast   3.5g|1 heaped teaspoon
All purpose flour    210g|1.5cup
Bread flour   140g|1cup
Sugar    30g|4Tbsp
Salt   5g|1tsp
Whole egg   1 (55g+- an egg)
Butter   20g|1.5Tbsp
Fine breadcrumbs   50g|7-8Tbsp

Pan size   28x28cm

Bake at 180°C|350°F  for 13-15 minutes
