Unsalted butter   115g|1/2cup
Sugar    115g|1/2cup
Whole egg   2 (55g+- an egg)
All purpose flour    140g|1cup
Baking powder   1tsp
Ground nutmeg   1/2tsp
Eggnog   150ml   
Vanilla extract   1tsp
Rum   2Tbsp

Mold   20x7x13cm

Bake at 180°C|350°F  for 50-60 minutes
