YUDANE DOUGH
Flour   25g / 2Tbsp
Hot milk   40ml
DOUGH
Honey   20g / 1Tbsp
Lukewarm milk   140ml
Instant yeast   2.5g
Flour   240g / 1,3/4cup
Sugar    15g / 2Tbsp
Salt   2.5g / 1/2tsp
Whipping cream   30ml
Unsalted butter   15g / 1Tbsp

Pan Size   10x10cm   2

Bake at 190°C / 370°F  for 30-35 minutes
