Tongzhong Mixture
Bread flour   20g / 2Tbsp
Water   80ml

Dough
Lukewarm milk   75ml+-
Instant yeast   4g / 1/2Tbsp
Bread flour   280g / 2cup
Sugar   30g / 1/8cup
Salt   5g / 1tsp
Powdered milk   9g / 1Tbsp
Whole egg   1(55g+- per egg)
Unsalted butter   30g / 2Tbsp

Filling
Ham   4 slices
Cheddar cheese   50g  
Grated parmesan cheese as needed

Loaf Pan   20x8x10cm 

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 25-30 minutes
