Bread flour   300g / 2,1/8cup
Sugar   30g / 1/8cup
Salt   5g / 1tsp
Fresh milk   140ml+-
Whole egg   1(55g+- an egg)
Instant yeast   3g / 1tsp
Unsalted butter   30g / 1/8cup
Salted butter   30-40g / 1/8cup
Sugar as needed

Bake at 170°C / 340°F  for 15-17 minutes
