Unsalted butter 60g / 1/4cup
Sugar 100g / 1/2cup
Whole egg 2(55g+- an egg)
Ripe banana 250g / 3
Plain yogurt 60g / 1/4cup
Cake flour 280g / 2cup
Baking powder 1tsp
Baking soda 1/2tsp
Sea salt 1/4tsp
Drieded coconut (medium shred) 60g / 1/2cup
Bundt pan size 23x10cm
Bake at 190°C / 370°F for 35-40 minutes
