Lukewarm milk 70ml+-
Instant yeast 1.5g / 1/2tsp
Bread flour 150g / 1cup+1Tbsp
Sugar 10g / 1.5Tbsp
Sea salt 1.5g / 1/4tsp
Whole egg 20g
Unsalted butter 15g / 1Tbsp
Filling
Cream cheese 50g
Whole egg 20g
Strawberry jam 50g+-
Garnish
Pearl sugar as needed
12 cup mini muffin mold (4 x 2.5cm)
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 17-20 minutes
