Bread flour   300g / 2,1/8cup
Sea salt   5g / 1tsp
Potato puree   180g / 2/3cup+-
Lukewarm water   120ml+-
Caster sugar   3g / 1tsp
Instant yeast   3g / 1tsp
Olive oil   20ml / 1.5Tbsp

Bake at 210°C / 410°F  for 17-20 minutes
