Melted butter 40g / 3Tbsp
Plain yogurt 60g / 4Tbsp
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Cake flour 80g / 7Tbsp
Cinnamon powder 6g / 1Tbsp
Egg whites 4
Cream of tartar 1/2tsp
Caster sugar 60g / 8Tbsp
Tubepan 20cm
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 30-35 minutes
