Caster sugar    80g / 1/3cup

Whole egg   2(55g+- per egg)

Cake flour   100g / 3/4cup

Baking powder   3g / 1tsp

Vanilla extract   1/2tsp

Whipping cream   70g / 1/3cup

Powdered sugar   10g / 1Tbsp

Strawberry jam   40g / 1/4cup

Fresh strawberry as needed

Pan size   15cm2

Bake at 170°C / 340°F  for 17-20 minutes
