Caster sugar    30g / 1/8cup
Sea salt   2.5g / 1/2tsp
Fresh milk   240ml+-
Instant yeast   4g / 1,1/4tsp
Cream cheese   30g / 1/4cup
Unsalted butter   20g / 1.5Tbsp

Pan size    20x11x11cm

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 25-30 minutes
