Coconut oil 椰子油   60ml / 1/4cup

Coconut milk   椰奶   70ml / 1/3cup

Cake flour 低筋面粉   100g / 3/4cup

Egg whites 蛋白    4

Caster sugar 细砂糖    80g / 1/3cup

Lemon juice 柠檬汁   1/2tsp

Tubepan size 中空模   20cm(8")

Bake at 170°C / 340°F  for 40-45 minutes
