Powdered milk 奶粉   10g / 1.5Tbsp

Caster sugar 细砂糖    30g / 1/8cup

Sea salt 海鹽    2.5g / 1/2tsp

Plain greek yogurt 原味希臘優格  120g / 1/2cup

Whole egg 全蛋   1(55g+- per egg)

Instant yeast 即溶酵母   4g / 1/2Tbsp

Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油   30g / 1/8cup

Filling 奶酥

Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油   60g / 1/4cup

Powdered sugar 糖霜   60g / 2/3cup

Whole egg 全蛋   1(55g+- per egg)

Vanilla bean paste 香草籽膏   1tsp

Almond meal 杏仁粉   60g / 2/3cup

Pan size 长模    20x11x11cm

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 25-30 minutes
