Brown sugar 黄砂糖   80g / 1/3cup

Vegetable oil 植物油   70g / 1/3cup

Cake flour 低筋面粉   140g / 1cup

Baking powder 泡打粉   1.5g / 1/2tsp

Cinnamon powder 肉桂粉   1g / 1/2tsp

Carrot shredded 胡蘿蔔絲   180g / 1cup

Roasted walnuts 烘烤核桃   40g / 1/3cup

Muffins cup 瑪芬杯   6

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 20-25minutes
