Wholemeal flour 全麥麵粉   120g / 1cup

Water 清水   120ml

Bread flour 高筋面粉   350g / 2,1/2cup

Brown sugar 黄砂糖   30g / 1/8cup

Sea salt 海鹽   5g / 1tsp

Fresh milk 鮮奶   200ml+-

Instant yeast 即溶酵母   5g / 1/2Tbsp

Unsalted butter 無鹽奶油   40g / 3Tbsp

Pan Size烤模   29x7x10cm

Bake at 190°C / 370F  for 20-25 minutes
