奶油乳酪 cream cheese   40g / 1/3cup

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   30g / 1/8cup

糖霜 powdered sugar   100g / 1cup

全蛋 whole egg   1(50g+- per egg)

柠檬汁 lemon juice   20ml / 4tsp

柠檬皮 lemon zest   1Tbsp

中筋面粉 plain flour    150g / 1,1/8cup

泡打粉 baking powder   1tsp

食用黃色素 yellow food coloring   1-2drop

適量糖霜 powdered sugar as needed

摄氏180 / 华氏356  烘烤 10-12分钟

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 10-12minutes
