即溶酵母 instant yeast   3g / 1tsp

高筋面粉 bread flour   210g / 1,1/2cup

全麥麵粉 whole wheat flour   70g / 1/2cup

黄砂糖 brown sugar   15g / 2Tbsp

鹽 salt   5g / 1tsp

鮮奶 fresh milk   130ml+-

無鹽奶油 unsalted butter   15g / 1Tbsp



长模 Pan size 22x6x10cm   2



摄氏180 / 华氏356  烘烤 17-20分钟

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 17-20 minutes
