溫鮮奶 lukewarm milk   150ml+-

即溶酵母 instant yeast   5g / 1/2Tbsp

全蛋 whole egg   1 (50g+- per egg)

奶油乳酪 cream cheese   50g / 1/4cup

高筋面粉 bread flour   300g / 2,1/8cup

细砂糖 caster sugar   30g / 1/8cup

海鹽 sea salt   2.5g / 1/2tsp

陶盤 oven dish   28x6x20cm

摄氏180 / 华氏356  烘烤 12-15分钟

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 12-15minutes
