全蛋 whole egg   1(55g+- per egg)

蛋黄 egg yolk   2

细砂糖 sugar   40g / 5Tbsp

高筋面粉 bread flour   350g / 2,1/2cup

盐 salt   2.5g / 1/2tsp

溶化奶油 melted butter   40g / 3Tbsp

軟化奶油 softened butter

糖渍橙皮 candied orange peel

蔓越莓乾 dried cranberries



圆模 Pan Size 12cm X 12cm   2



摄氏180 / 华氏356  烘烤 25-30分钟

Bake at 180°C / 356°F  for 25-30minutes
